This takes place at our office but can also take place by phone or video conference.
The first consultation allows you to explain your situation, ask your questions and think with us about possible solutions and the chances of success of the procedures that can be undertaken. In some cases, the first consultation can give you the tools to start proceedings yourself when they do not require the assistance of a lawyer.
In other cases, we will explain the procedures or steps to be taken, their chances of success, and their cost.
The service fee is €120
(+ 21% VAT)
The fees remunerate the intellectual work of the firm. They include services such as usual correspondence, consultations and opinions, drafting of procedural documents, agreements or submissions, meetings, pleadings and the usual steps related to the handling of a case.
